生产工艺：
稳定氧化锆生产工艺采用二次电熔法，先将锆英砂与还原剂混合，在电弧炉中进行脱硅反应，吹球后冷却得到单斜氧化锆，再将单斜氧化锆与稳定剂按比例混合后加入电弧炉中进入二次电熔，出锆后得到稳定氧化锆。
The productionprocess of stabilized zirconia adopts the secondaryelectrofusionmethod. Firstly, the zircon sand and reducing agentare mixed,desilicating reaction is carried out in the electric arcfurnace,and monoclinic zirconia is obtained after ball blowing andcooling.Then, monoclinic zirconia and stabilizer are mixed inproportionand added into the electric arc furnace to finish thesecondaryelectrofusion. At last, the stabilized zirconia isobtained.
用途：主要用作耐火材料和特种陶瓷材料。
